Tour de Tas 2021

TdT An Audax Australia randonnée with 1200 kilometres of beautiful scenery which showcases the Tasmanian coast and mountains. The 90 hour hill grinding odyssey commences in Hobart with a coastal ride to Saint Helens before heading inland towards Launceston. A complete circumnavigation of Great Lake on the Central Plateau then onwards to the west coast will find you in Strahan. Finally, after passing through Queenstown and a part of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area to Derwent Bridge, a gentle descent towards Hobart finishes off what will surely be a grand tour. With 14,800 metres of ascent and 14,800 metres of descent this 1200km ride will be a serious test of endurance. PLEASE NOTE: For the 2021 edition due to COVID-19 this ride will have limited support, refer to event website for details.
